At Extreme North it’s the MEMORIES and MEDALS.

Some races are run habitually, keeps you fit and notches up another successful challenge. Then occasionally there is a real gem, a special event that turns into a great day out leaving fond memories and a strong desire to return. Our Goal at Extreme North is to create special events , a “Must Do” event for the competitor.

The training and the challenge are still all yours to achieve and the little tougher than usual courses make crossing that finish line all the more sweeter as you crack your Goal.

Having fulfilled your ambition, it’s all up to us to deliver on our promise and I think we do that in a unique manner. Firstly we select pleasant venue’s to mingle and have the banter with other contestants, assist your body recovery with proper hot food, great goodie bags & T shirt etc. But for many competitors its all about the “bling” and that’s something that has Extreme North strides ahead

FOND MEMORIES are what great event give to runners and in return most of Extreme North’s new runners are a result of “Word of Mouth” from previous runners with great memories of our events.

OUR MEDAL ARE THE “JEWEL IN THE CROWN” – a real reward and memento of your achievement and a fond reminder of an event well worth another visit. Check out our video and ask yourself “Is your medal collection complete without these Gems”

8 Tips on how to pull off a NEW YOU

8 tips on how to pull off a NEW YOU

Change from a Dreamer to a Doer by dreaming about the thrill of achieving your Goal

Noticed the growing number of people out exercising recently?, look closer, these are not “Athletes” but rather ordinary individuals like you or me, they come in all shapes and sizes, some look the part and some, like myself look dodgy enough. The common bond is that they all want to improve, be it their weight, shape, mental health or wellbeing.

Excuses are easy – not for me, too busy, too cold, look silly….. . If you could match each negative response with a positive one like – I could beat him, improve wellbeing & energy, go stress busting, then you’d be half way on your way, just focus on your Goal, desire and reason you started this in the first place and dream about the ecstasy and excitement you’ll feel by accomplishing.

You’ll never start a new chapter in your life if you keep reliving the last chapter, don’t be the observer be the doer. Change and success seldom happen within your comfort zone, be prepared to have to make that extra effort knowing the vast reward that awaits you on the other side.

He is my tips
